Terms and Conditions Overview

If you are interested in scheduling a free consultation, please contact us by phone or email. Consultations are scheduled during the weekdays, early evenings and on weekends depending on availability. You can also click the "Find Out More" button to complete a request for a consultation online. Prior to the consultation  please send me any inspiration pictures that you have. This will help me select items for you to review and pick out for your event. 

Within 48 to 72 hours after the consultation, a quote will be emailed to you as a google doc. Any changes requested on the quote should be sent through email. Quotes are valid for 15 days. 

Potential clients that are interested in booking our services for their event will be sent a PDF version of the contract to sign online. The security deposit (25% of the total amount), credit card information, and a signed contract must be received to hold your event date. 

The initial floral payment (50% of the total amount) is due four months prior to the event date. At this time, items needed for the event will be ordered. If there are any major changes, please notify us immediately. Payments can be made by Zelle, Venmo or by credit or debit. There is a 3.5% fee to use credit or debit. 

The final payment (50% of the total amount) is due one week prior to the event date. 

The security deposit is refundable and is used in the event that items rented are broken or missing. We will provide you an opportunity after the event (one week) to return any items that are missing. The purchase price minus the rental price plus tax will be deducted from the security deposit for each missing item. The security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of the event date. 

Event setup will be scheduled 3 hours prior to the event. We are unable to set up the day prior. If it requested for us to set up earlier than 3 hours prior to the event, additional fees may apply. 

We will arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the end of the event and if appropriate, we will begin collecting items that were rented.  Events that are scheduled for longer that 6 hours from beginning to end will incur an additional fee (not including setup and removal).
